I couldn’t agree more with you on the family ornament collection tree! I love the homey feel it brings. As much as I admire the designer looking trees and think about trying it…each year I find myself gravitating back to the time honored, traditional look that brings back so many memories. And my kids love it too. They so enjoy hanging each special ornament on the tree and hearing the stories. I think once you have little ones, you just appreciate more and more the family traditions. I know I do! 😊❤️🎄

My tree is 4 years old. I pulled all the lights and clips off of it last year. Half the lights didn’t work by the end of last season. Now I just add lights that I want. It is so much easier to fluff without the lights on it!

Yes, I told Nick if this one dies I will cut all the lights off because I love the color of the green of this tree so much! I wanted an un-lit to add our own lights but Nick wanted pre-lit lol

Yeah we thought of that, but had none. So needed to go to Walmart anyway. It was time for a bigger one and we got plenty of use out of it!
