this is the second video in my rebuild series! in this video I take apart the interior panels to prepare for bodywork. since I learned that the frame of the car is not bent, i've become more motivated to work on restoring her! this is a big time commitment that i'm excited to take on!

I miss my ef hatch. I also miss my eg coupe, and my ek hatch, but I now have an ek coupe that I am currently in the process of refreshing the 140,000 mile suspension before converting it to a 3 pedal and motor swapping it.

Lex, I think totaled is a mindset. A week after I painted my EJ6 some dude hit her in thr parking lot, the insurance company swore it eoukd be totaled, I was willing to buy her back. In thr end they wrote me a check for more than I paid for her. You've got to be close to my age or a little younger I wad thinking 27? I'm not the biggest fan of those 80s models but my dad had an 88 crx si when i was a kid so I do have some love for them. Can we be friends? Haha you've got some zingers! 😂 nice work on the editing, btw ! I've got some body panel work I need to do but I'm struggling to come to terms with the fact I might not be able to do it myself. But if my Hondas teaching me anything, it's that I CAN do more than I thought. Oh, progress is progress, my car is sitting outside under a temporary carport on uneven ground wirh no motor right now... lots of parts are quite resilient. I was able to save a lot as well. Do a rear disc conversion while youre at it. Since you'll need new rear trailing arms.

Don't allow them to do body work at first. It'll drive the cost exponentially plus whacking and hammering will tension across the length. Just cut it out one big piece even within the door sill folded area. Leave the window in as welland door just replace. Well get a door first. And test fit it. If it plugs right in u won't need to throw ur whole chassis on a rack. U can mig it. But tig is better to weld the puzzle.

Should just cut it out clean, find a donor cut that out. Puzzle piece.butt joint stitchweld. Then fill gap weld. Shave down. Filler puddy. My Porsche from 2000 the whole rear quarter. Still looks good.

Me living with parents that always complain about me on everything and literally gaslight on me I feel like I'm totally trapped, like I am not at home at all, and not having such even little safe heaven for mental good health is just exhausting. I just dont know what to do.... No job, no friends, no own money, no future plans, 'cos my own family ruined my entire desire for living at all.
