Hey guys, just wanted to share something from my experience. I kinda did the opposite of how the normal reactions to tinnitus are. I infact said before starting the meditation that i love my body and I said I love my ears and the sounds that it's generating. That really reduced the intensity of the sound drastically, I could barely even notice it. So it might be something you wanna try. It's definitely better to love your body than to not love it. Cheers and happy healing.

Nice but Tinnitus comes from your brain not your ears.

This time I couldn't finish it, because i nearly fell asleep. Suuuch a difference to the beginning, where I was awake all night with panic attacks and a motor saw in my ears! I'm on my way to habituation, yeah!!

Ben-struggling for a couple of weeks. Very bad day but this has been very helpful. Your voice is so calming and the concepts are helpful. I do believe that 50 percent of tinnitus is due to added anxiety. The ringing does persist but acknowledging it and recognizing that while I cannot fully control T I can control my reaction to it using these methods.

Your videos have helped me greatly. I gave up meditating years ago because I was bothered by tinnitus. Thanks for convincing me it can be done with tinnitus and will be helpful.

It's incredible to think that our brain could turn it off instantly, at the snap of a finger. It's just a case of convincing it to do that. That's why I think hypnosis or placebos could help. Theoretically, willing it away should be possible.

I had a couple of tears run down my face from my closed eyes. I didn't have any overwhelming thoughts or anything to cause me to cry. Just a couple of tears...idk why. I wonder if that's a normal reaction for some people...?

This really helped me! One thing I would really love is if you had more playlists. I'm mostly interested in the "psychotherapy part" like meditation or other techniques and less in sound therapy (which I also do though). It's a bit hard to find those videos in all the hundreds of videos you already shared with us (for free!

What does it mean that when I meditate 🧘♀️ I get to the point where I cannot hear 👂 my tinnitus anymore? I haven’t been doing these meditations consecutively. Prior to doing your guided meditation I was just meditating on my own. I want to become a more dedicated meditator. I have been meditating more OFTEN. But not every day like I would like. And I feel like it’s been really important for me to know why I am meditating- because it gives me peace. What do you think the long term benefits of meditating are on the tinnitus?
