Thank you for this video. Did this meditation and it was great. Helped me get grounded can’t wait till day 4. Also notice the video and audio didn’t match but still ok for me since I mainly had my eyes closed while meditating. Thank you Dr Thompson for this meditation session.

It’s ok to wear hearing aids in day time and earbuds at night. I got high frequency hearing loss and T I lost lot in rite side in ear ?

I’m finding these meditations incredibly useful. Just two questions… I love that low reverberating sound you have in the background but I find through headphones that it stays in my head after the session for a while - adding the other noises up there! Is it likely to become part of the tinnitus? Also, I find using headphones generally makes the tinnitus louder after listening - do others find this? Thanks Dr Ben , your work is invaluable

We're so happy to hear you are enjoying the meditation videos. It's not uncommon for the sound to stick around even after you're done listening to it. It will not stay forever and become a part of your tinnitus. Using headphones at a louder volume can make the tinnitus fluctuate when you are done using them. The tinnitus will likely return to it's baseline level.
