Nancy et Jacques, I just stumbled upon your video journey and I am loving your commentary. Merci beaucoup! I think you would absolutely love the casa rural Molino Galochas in Villavante, a day or day and a half outside León. It’s on the Villar de Mazarife alternativo path. Mercedes, the innkeeper, is a gem. It’s an old mill house in one of the most romantic settings on the Camino. (Why do I think of Armand Gamache when I hear your husband?! 😘) Bon chemin.

Hi and thank you for your comments. I am glad you are enjoying the commentary. I am taking note of your suggestion for Villavante. We will definitely go upon our return to finish the camino. Thank you for taking the time to share this info with us. Where are you from? We both did not know Armand Gamache. Had to google it. LOL. We added the serie to our watch list now. It must be the gray beard and the accent. :-)
