This was a perfect stretching routine for me! I really enjoyed this! I plan to make it my favorite routine to do each morning before work. So glad I found your Pilates channel! :-)

Thank you Hannah, your pilates workouts are my daily routine now. You are really very good teacher. I combine workouts because I want to work more , 2x30 minutes. Do you think it is ok? And what kind of workout combination do you recommend ?
