Full transparency moment - This morning I woke up and I was feeling LONELY. To the point that I was defiantly shedding a few bro tears. In todays video I allow myself to process and move through these heavy and overwhelming feelings and finding things to combat these thoughts so I can overcome them. So, roll with me as I maneuver through these day, I would really appreciate that.

Man I hear you. I'm 24 and live by myself it's real for us guys out there to form meaningful connections. Most guys don't want to be bothered and women just think you're gonna hit on them. Usually the guys in my experience that do wanna hang out either swing the other way or want to use you for what ya got. I really appreciate your message and the reminder there's a place for us we just have to find it. Ik I'm just a random guy on KZbin but I'd be more than willing to connect through email or whatever. Anyways it's just good to know we're not alone even though it really feels like it. Thanks bro, keep doing you and keep your head up high. It's all we can do as men.

It's hard out here. 24 years old here, and figuring out your life, having big dreams and keeping up with people/making connections with new people is HARD. But you got this, king. The right people will come your way.

You're not alone man. I'm 32 and I'm looking for community and belonging too. I started getting into local social groups and making friends through apps. Also rekindled some old friendships I had once given up on. Somedays are hard for sure. Most days I walk alone and go to the gym or visit my family. We have to keep putting ourselves out there and trying.

Since I moved to Florida , I am dealing with the same issue. All I do is go to work and go home and it draining me. I feel like my mind is shifting somewhere else. I feel like I am losing myself, overthinking, worrying about every decision. I live in Pensacola and there is nothing to do. I went back home (ny) for a couple of days . I felt like me again and it felt good. I am struggling with the loneliness.

Man, that transition is harddd because in reality creating new connections and upkeeping them is difficult especially when you never grew up in the same city or same neighborhood or have no relationship to the grounds/new state. But, please lean on God during these times and ask for wisdom and the strength!

Also, maybe even pray on that - if you feeling like you’re losing yourself out there and feel like yourself at home?!? Something to reflect on. But definitely please try your best to make the best of it! Not that you were asking for advice or suggestions but I definitely resonate and feel you and I find the things that I’ve shared helpful!

@@DailyRuflections thank you so much for the advice. i need to talk to God more and understand what he have for me. maybe, i am scared of the unknown, getting out of my comfort zone, questioning myself, and being alone. since i moved to another state, i see postive change in life.

Hey I’m only 22 and have been facing extreme loneliness for over two years now :( I’ve learnt to accept a lot of the struggles and to turn them into positive opportunities of growth, but it’s definitely hard going through the motions and feeling like a side of yourself is being repressed and unable to come out like it once used to

You either have to change your attitude to attract the community around you you wanna see. Or you have to change your outlook in order to seek out that community you want to be a part of.

@DailyRuflections plus I picked up an old hobby of collecting knives and it's great I love it. And also I like to chill and just hang out sometimes and it got weird with those friends that need a S/O in they life to make them complete but honestly it'd just the way the world is now. And I'm fine with it. I had my fun in my 20s now it's kinda like I deserve to feel like an old man at this age. Now I need to buckle down and not party everyday lol. Find something your passionate about that can make you money and you will attract the positives. But I look at it as oh I didn't exist when i was broke, but now that I have money you can be around me? Like. Not necessarily the kinda friends if want but there's always a small few that are there sometimes. Out of my group of friends I had since idk 3rd grade they decided they were better than me because of college and made friends there. That's 😎 but they forgot their roots and left me and my other friend and he got bored of the same old stuff so he travels in a van so I'm alone alot now and it's actually better not having to worry about friends or anything. It's really nice to be on your own. Its a luxury some people don't see or take for granted. I'm sure a list actors would kill to be us as much as we'd like to be them 😆
