I have a question. I'm trying to save a mother duck's egg that won't hatch. I have no knowledge in this area at all. I rescued one duckling because it was trying to break out. and survived Most of the eggs died. There are three leaves left. One of the leaves looked like it had clear water. When I looked at it, it tilted back and forth. But the air pocket is similar to yours at 21 days. But mine is completely dark. I've been incubating these for three or four days now. I have looked at three eggs. The last three all dead. Just look at the air pocket. I don't see them movement and inside is really dark and i was touched it is not moving. I don't know the three eggs now what i gonna do nothing is look change by them or maybe they all dead too😢

What percentage do you have hatching?

I have had 4 batches 100% hatch rates from my gunieas last year with 33% humidity. And last year I was working on my ducks hatch rate. My last batch was about 70% hatch rate at 33%, so this year I am dry hatching the duck eggs, so far one batch this year(4 hatched, 1 malpositioned and died, 1 died before day 10, and 6 infertile eggs, which I expected since it was still very cold and males wernt breeding good) But I have 5 batches of eggs going right now. And they are doing fantastic

I used to live in georgia, but a few year ago I moved all the way to Minnesota, so now I'm relearning how to hatch because the huge difference in natural humidity. I have learned every one hatches differently to get good results
