Hi Adelaide! Thanks for mentioning my channel! I'm excited to watch your episode about your Christmas stockings. In addition to making sure the stockings are the same size (typically about 16" long or 40 cm), it's usually a good idea to stitch them on aida so they have enough heft to hang straight. If you use linen or evenweave, you may have to reinforce the fabric with iron-on interfacing after you stitch it, which can be a little unnerving if you've never used it before. I've got a few stocking parade videos, but probably the best one to get started with is #24. Merry Christmas! --Deb

I love the Christmas in July option for finishing the calendar. You could even think about doing daily flosstube then again. Just like flossmass in July 🙃

Love the framed piece. I have finished the reindeer. One of the few I got done. He is so cute. The wreath is giving me a hard time. I've worked on it two days.

Such a beautiful fully finish. Your framing is awesome. Just to let you know that I finally finished the Snowman on the Christmas Calendar. Happy Stitching.

Congratulations! That snowman is a lot of white stitching!! I'm planning to finish my calendar in July and do a 12 days of stitching series with daily videos. That way I can have it framed for Christmas 2025. Hope you have a very Merry Christmas :)

I just found a link to the train pattern. I’ve sent the link through its official a Russian website but it’s all there. I’m printing it out for my husband as he has trains - from ‘G’ scale through to ‘Z’ scale.

Thanks! I've been also let know by a very kind subscriber that Stoney Creek have an Etsy store with quite a few of their stockings as digital downloads - www.etsy.com/au/shop/StoneyCreekXStitch . My husband is so impressed by your family's trains, large to small. He's into HO at the moment. My Dad has a G scale Christmas train he puts up every Christmas that everyone adores. Hope you have a very Merry Christmas :)

I found the train pattern for the stocking you were looking for, and another one on GaribaldisNeedleWork on Etsy. They are based in Michigan USA, and the patterns are in the under $10 section. I am not sure how much that would be in Australian currency.

Thanks for that! It's good to know. I've also been sent a link to Stoney Creek's Etsy shop with digital downloads too and they have two train stockings - www.etsy.com/au/shop/StoneyCreekXStitch - so very excited about that! Hope you're having a very Merry Christmas :)
