Hamza with the wanting to preserve muscle mass issue I have had a similar experience with boxing and weightlifting. What I’d say is that maintaining your muscle mass will be very useful in staying aesthetic but also in your kick-boxing. If you start doing weightlifting with compound movements to help your kickboxing and maintain / add functional muscle you’ll find a lot more enjoyment in it because you feel it’s working towards your new purpose kick-boxing which seems to be doing wonders for you. Maybe focus more on weighted callisthenics and heavy squats act which are so underrated for fight conditioning and even at your level you could improve a lot at. Love the new videos and your content has helped me so much !

Growing up, part of my family ran a small farm. Cows, chickens, the whole scene. Fresh, warm raw milk was a daily thing. Nothing quite like it. But it’s fleeting-3 to 4 days, tops, before it turns. Unless you’re into sour milk. You can let it sit out until the fat separates, then it’s like a rustic kefir. Bold taste, not for the faint-hearted, but if you add cinnamon with something sweet like honey… simply immaculate.

Hamza With squats ive also always had knee pain but i found to make the pain go away ENTIRELY was simply bodyweight squats for a few sets while going slow on the eccentric with deep depth to the point it initially hurt but will become easy and you will be able to go deeper with no pain and feels great. Then you can go to add weight! Go find yourself a great Gym

About your diet, Im not any professional but what works best for me is 80-70% Protein and 20-30% Carbs. Stuff like some fruit, honey those little "healthy" carbs I dont consider as like big meal so i'll have them throughout the Day when i need them. Found this Diet approach pretty Good for Muscle Gains and especially good for Cardio based exersices/activities like Fighting, running. You dont need many carbs to like fight, you just need them in the same day youre gonna have a session (Before the session). I also prefer skipping like a "Big" Breakfast.

As a basketball player i suffered from knee pain as well. What I did was a thing called isometrics which is like wall sits or holding the squat position or Bulgarian position for a few seconds. Deep stretches also help. I’d say ankle sits helped.

Hamza, you should try to do one upper and one lower body session a week and they really don't need to be that long if your going to failure it's enough with 45 minutes.

I’m in the same boat trying to balance weight lifting and Muay Thai but I would suggest if you’re just weightlifting a couple days a week, prioritise strength and balance/mobility training to translate over to kickboxing ✌🏽

Hamza, what I think is that you need a proper close male friend. One that actually understands you, is secure in himself, isn’t just a yes-man that can talk to you on a non transactional level. A friend that can help you delve deep into your psyche and at the same time can be simply positive. I could imagine a guy like Chris Williamson could improve your life well. I think spending time with a guy like that would help you answer the questions that arise in life. Take care bro :)

Found out knee pain comes from the calf or hip weakness. If you train for hip mobility and calfs it should help unless its a direct injury to the knee.

I was shocked to know how ppl like hamza dunno how raw milk tastes. So grateful for the life god has given me. btw the taste is basically the same but its a bit creamier. processed milk is just tht they remove the healthy fats from the milk and stuff like cheese, youghrt are made from those fats,, raw milk tastes amazing ngl. Also you dont really drink it straight from the cow unless u drink it staright from the cow lmao. point is if its been some time since its extracted u need to boil it to kill the bacteria that mightve grown in it.

If you fell off you can just try and keep going and try to get back on but if you need some help you need to change your environment. Which basically means get a buzz cut and rearrange your room if you can but you have to change up your environment somehow. And start the good habits again and keep in mind how shit you felt when you fell off self improvement. keep down the emotions that try to say to you that it was more comfortable before you got back on and suppress your desires. Stay strong bro.

Hamza you need to bring better energy to the gym. But if you are seeing lack of purpose in the weightlifting from just maintaining muscles. Maybe look into some more strength and conditioning for kickboxing. This might help bring back the purpose behind the training. Just a thought good luck.

If you obsess about kickboxing and dont like going to the gym right now, why dont you do fast twitch muscle fiber workouts for arms and legs to level up your hits instead of doing exercises you dont even wanna do? Just go really fast on the way up or kind of kick the leg extension machine up instead of doing slow reps to failure?

Hamza, me and my mate are doing personal training, (not selling to you btw bro) when we fly out next month we’re down to train with you and build a couple of workouts each week to maintain your physique but also benefit your kickboxing. If you like that idea I’ll send over my Instagram or whatever and we can sort that out. Another point is that it could work towards your main goals (kick-boxing + business) using the gym.
