Chris thank you so much, your videos help a lot to give me guidance. I am 21 years old, Its so hard for us young people to get rid of easy dopamine around us, we got hooked on it in teenage years without knowing the consequences,I can see how it destroys people and makes them almost like zombies hungry for more stimulation. I can see it affects me as well, i got so acustomed to it , its a constant battle of my will and easy stimulation. Your Advice about making it Inconvenient , and adding healthy alternative is great!

I'm watching this video and laughing. Why? Because it's like if you're narrating exactly what's been consuming my mind recently: the need to extremely intentionally design my surroundings and life to build a great life. It's so eerily synchronous that it seems like a sign that I'm on the right path. Thank you.

Great advice, people don't seem to understand the difference between leisure habits that actually build you up instead of chipping away from your momentum. About the bath, just take a cold shower if you think it's softening you, maybe it'll be hard for you though, it's easy for me in the hot brazilian weather

Honestly if you are even 20 percent less lazy than the average person you should be pretty hard to beat. And most people who beat you are likely working harder (well played).

@rml4289 I have no complaints. More so criticism. Kris speaks as if everyone should be doing what he does, but we can't all copy this format that Kris does. Creating a mens brand. I do like Kris, but I think that he forgets not everyone is cut out for business, and a great life can still be had contracting your skills and whatnot. Do you see what I mean? Perhaps I'm missing the point.

A year (which I'll be making in 10 or so Years) good enough for me to play cod with the boys? Or should I be grinding on selling supplements and trying to pitch a group home to some folks on KZbin. I like you Kris.. BUT! I mean, what do you mean by work?:D Youre in the Gym, okay! Me too! But its not work, its a Freetime activity. A Skin-routine, is also a freetime activity. Dressing nice, yeah.. Its kind of a hobby, but also a lifesetup skill. I know! But at the end, youre making youtube videos. And youre also a streamer, just without videogames. Nothing wrong here. But if you love it, is it really hard work? Maybe sometimes. Videogames/men impovement. 2 different areas. But you can work in both.

Take a brisk walk while listening to audiobooks or an informative podcast, call/text someone, drink herbal teas, take a warm shower etc. When you refrain as much as you can from high unnatural shots of dopamine your brain will get used to it. It’s the dip that follows the high that makes you hooked.
