It’s been raining sometimes where I live too. We were just lucky that we always done shooting before the rain started 😂 but most of the time, it’s only rain for 1-2 hours and then stop.

Hello Hannah!!! Forgot to let you some joyful words after have done Day25 and Day24 to complete my routine yesterday: they were so great that I I was enthusiastic to prepare a yummy brunch meal for my family! The time goes so fast and I feel sometimes not so effective to do everything that I want to do!!! But , Yesterday was an amazing day full of love and joy. Thank you sweet Hannah to be with me everyday!!! I hope to meet you someday for sharing everything... Really hope so!!! Be safe and still loved young and beautiful woman! Namaste.

You're so welcome Me-Anne! Make sure to thank yourself for working out too! Regarding combining with cardio, yes of course! Many people do. Please just make sure you complete the moves without causing too much strain or shaking, that way you know you have the strength to finish. Happy to hear it was a good and calming class too 💛
