It is really amazing that you give this great workouts for free! THANK YOU!!! This one was burning in both abs and legs, love it! Great start one a rainy day! Now I will drink tea and read some good books.

Day 26 ✔️ I'm so left behind because I took more rest days than I should have 😭 Maybe that's why my core was burning a whole lot more? That I gave up early when doing the first parts..

Yes I noticed that you disappeared for a little, my suggestion would be maybe only taking 1-2 rest days. You could also try doing 3 works a week and maybe more evenly spaced (like Monday, Wednesday, Friday). The result will be more consistent building of muscle and core. Over a few months, you're more likely to see results this way 🤗
