I literally shed a tear after doing this for 10 days, I'm not overweight just a bit chubby and I'm trying to slim down by around March because I want to try out for the cheer team, it's always been very difficult for me to loose weight, but with this workout and a calorie deficit, I've lost a little over three pounds in the 10 days! I know that's probably not a lot to most people, but for me it's very exciting and motivating to see, thank you so much, Shirlyn! Update: I've still been doing this since I posted my comment and I lost more weight. I'm so happy with how my body has been looking lately🤗 Update #2 I still mostly do this workout, but I'm trying some more of her workouts as well as a few others from other channels on rotation, and I've lost almost 10 pounds, so that's really nice 😋

Doing this for 30 days! Current weight: 158 pounds Goal- 143 pounds [Started on 24 February 2024] Day 1- ✅ Did it today! Started with a 5 Min stretch from other channel, and then did this. Felt really good today. Day 2- ✅ Did it! Tbh this is the only workout vid where I actually enjoy it a lot! I do get tired,, but cheers from shirlyn keeps me motivated!😊 Day 3- ✅️Did it today too! I feel so good after doing this!! Day 4- ✅️ Did it! Forgot to update 😅 Day 5- ✅️ Did it ! I feel so great even after doing it for 2 times! Day 6- ❌️ Took a rest day today, will get back to it tomorrow! Day 7- ✅️ Did it today! Edit- 27 march- Oml I'm soo sorry, I forgot to update 😭,, but yess! I've been continuing the exercise!! Just took 3 days off for periods 🥲,, also joining taekwondo from tomorrow!! Will continue this exercise!! It did help my weight go down! Even if my weight is only down by a few pounds, I feel much more better! And it's noticeable!! My only advice is KEEP GOING! I've tried more then a thousand different exercises and stuff and nothing seemed to help me at all this time! The key was accepting that I can DO IT , AND I WILL, and so I did :) I didn't exactly kept a proper diet or something, I just continued eating the way I did (a lot 🧍🏻♀️) but I just also added healthy things into my meals.. like more greens and fruits and stuff! Been doing this for almost 2 weeks now. It is definitely gets easier each session. I do this along with healthy diet. I lost almost 3kgs in a week. There are not much noticable difference since it has only been 2 weeks. But my waist inches cuts from 39 to 36.5. I did skip one or two session btw. Will keep update in a month

Oh, for the first timer, if you did feel abdominal pain after your first session, it is normal. Don't worry. Just take a break from one or two session, and starts again. Make sure you eat lightly before doing exercise. Do not exercise with empty stomach. It ruins your abdomen (dk how to explain it scientifically, but the point is there. That is what my doctor told me)

@@user-rr8ri3ri2tyou don’t have to necessarily diet, just portion control and drinking detox juice or eating fruits and some cucumbers as snacks and low fat yogurt with blueberries strawberry’s berries etc and eating oatmeal every morning for breakfast. also drinking water (2-4) water bottles a day helps a lot. i lost 5 pounds with that. don’t restrict your body so much too.

I'm a midsized woman so I definitely have a belly, I've been wanting to work on flattening it for a while now. I started with bed pilates but it just didn't feel that effective, I looked for a class and didn't really feel that the first one I found did anything. I found this one and not only was it shorter but it felt so much better. I love all the different camera angles as well because it helped me adjust my form on a few on the exercises. It really felt like I worked my body, I will still use the bed pilates to warm up but this felt amazing. I will definitely be using this video to guide my weekly exercise!

I just want to say thank you. I have been doing this workout for 2 days and I have already dropped 3 pounds!! Today im going to start doing this twice a day! You have no idea how much this means to me, this is a workout I can constantly do, and its the first workout to make me lose weight, especially so quickly!!💕 I drink maybe half a gallon of water a day, while also eating protien and some fiber with every meal! Doing this for a week and recording my weight at the start and end!! (Please remind me if i dont update) Day 1 - ✅ Did! Some excersises were a bit harder then others!!, also did 1 leg excersise video and 1 HIIT cardio. (46.4kg) Day 2 - ✅ Most of the excersises felt better today. I am not going to give up!! Day 3 - ✅ Felt a bit harder today but im still going strong. Also doing a leg excersise video this afternoon when I feel like it. Day 4 - ✅ The excersises that were harder yesterday felt nicer to do today. Going to do cardio now that I have finished this video. Day 5 - ✅ Feels like a normal daily routine now! I can't believe I've done it everyday now. (Also ran up and down stairs for 20 minutes today because I felt like being productive) Day 6 - ✅ Went so quickly and I feel amazing! So close to 7 days now, can't wait to update. Day 7 - ✅ I loved trying this workout out, and I've lost weight too! (End notes) Now that I've finished this workout I'll share what weight I've lost. At the start of this workout week I was 46.4kg and now I am 45.2kg! All I did with my diet was eat less sugar and lollies and stuff and eat more fruit. Definitely reccomend this workout for beginners.

Doing this !! sw : 52/53kg gw : 48kg (along with one other pilates/yoga video and cardio (5-10min of rower or 30min to 1h of dancing)) Day 1 : It was okay and pretty easy ! I felt a good burn after doing it Day 2 : I added a weight ball for the Russian ball crunch to add a lil of challenge. Was like day 1. Day 3 : Added 2kg weight each hand for the last part of the video (except for jumping jacks) to make it thougher (I'm currently trying to increase my arm strength.) That indeed made a huge difference my body is burning !! I feel even better. Day 4 : Done. It was quite though because I could only do it not long after lunch. It was tiring. Day 5 : It was sooo good I feel so great !! I added crunches to the hold exercise as well as push up for the burbpees

Been doing this, plus the Daisy keech hourglass workout for two weeks. I don’t diet because I already eat well but I watch my portions (3 meals a day, no snacking in between unless I’m eating a fruit). I can confirm I have lost quite a bit of fat around my belly. However, because I work part time on weekends, I don’t do the workouts on Saturdays and Sundays (so altogether I have done 10 days of exercise instead of 14 in the two weeks). For me, process is slow because I struggle with loosing weight easily unlike others. But yes, doing this also helps relive my muscles after standing for my 10 hour shifts. Really like her videos, because I’m not actually overweight or someone considered to be chubby, I don’t do hardcore exercises, I’ve just been easing myself into working out and doing stretches to be physically fit. her videos basically check all the boxes for a simple routine that doesn’t make me want to give up.

i have bad motivation and never manage to stay consistent but ill be doing this for 30 days updating yall each day. starting at 70 kgs. also cutting out sugar, dough, oily food, sodas, mainly on greens vegetables, eggs, avocados, tuna salads. day 1✅ i actually liked the burning sensation unlike other workouts and felt good afterwards.

I’ve been doing this workout for 3 days and I love it! I’m currently 13 years old. I haven’t weighed myself but I would consider myself heavily chubby. I will update you on day 7! Like this to remind me. Day 4 done! I found myself eager to start the next workout and I’m finding the workouts easy! No progress shown physically though, but it’s okay. Today is my first day of trying this excersise. It wasn't that bad to be honest. I am currently: 60kg My goal is: 53 kg Day two: I easily got cramps on my leg but overall it was ok Day three: My back and my legs hurts but it got better Day four: It got easier to do the excersises. Day five: I felt energetic and it was really easy to finish it Day six: I rested Day seven: I rested And for these five days I've lost at least 1.5 kg. Im really happy I will keep updating till the month finishes and i will tell the results. Please like this so i get reminded.

I am very close to how you were but a lil smaller but I am so sick people making comments to me like I'm huge or like you said having shorts that used to be so cute on me and now I can't even find a pair to fit me. Sooo i'm a little over 5'4 (1,63 cm) and i weight 68 kilograms. As you can see, i am bit overweight so i am trying to lose 11 kilograms with this workout and by eating healthy. I wanna do this for 30 days + eating less.(I have a binge eating disorder and I am trying to get rid of it and be healthy) Day 1: ✅️ Day 2:✅️ Day 3: ✅️ (kinda sore, but i know it is worth it) Day 4: ✅️ Day 5: ✅️ ( a bit harder because i am on my period, but i am no longer bloated so my stomach looks smaller!) Day 6: ✅️ ( I am starting to sweat less then I did at the beginning, so after day 7 i am going to do +1 more workout from shirlyn daily!) Day 7: ✅️ (first week is done and it went more faster than i thought! I went from 68kg to 66.7 but im pretty sure i just am not bloated anymore + i ate less, but overall i feel good! My waist seems smaller and i My stomach is indeed flatter! Do not lose hope and also do not forget: discipline is the key to succes!) Day 8: ✅️ (+ I also did the 9min thigh and legs workout! It was really hard because my legs are chubby, but I did it! I dont know if I will continue to do the one for thighs and legs, maybe I will change my mind!) Day 9: ✅️ (I dediced only to do this workout! Yesterday I ate a little too much, but its ok! I am back on track and ready to do this daily workout!) Day 10: ✅️ Day 11: ❌️ unfortunately i couldn't do it today, but i did 10k steps! Im a little but bloated tho, so i am again at 68.3 ;( i wont give up tho

Day one, last year I got hurt and injured my knee, lost my toned body and went back to square one. This is the only work out that wasn’t activating my knee and I felt the exercises without them being to much, looking forward to this :)

started yesterday (10/07/24), i'll put my daily tracker here to keep myself more motivated. DAY 12/30 day 1 ✅ done, not as bad as i thought day 2 ✅ it's too hot outside... but i menaged to complete the training day 3 ✅ wasn't so easy to find a quiet space to excersise at home, but I did it~! day 4 ✅ DONE day 5 ✅eeeeasssyyyy~~ day 6 ✅ lost my motivation... completed anyway day 7 ❌skipped the training, but I took 18k steps that day, so we are good day 8 ✅ done! thanks for the 1st like, it makes happy that someone noticed my effort

I did this exercise for 5 days and here is the summary. My weight: 45kg Target weight: 43 kg Day 1 It hurt my stomach a bit, but nothing terrible Day 2 It was great, I felt great, only my stomach hurt a little from yesterday Day 3 I lost 0.5 kg, I'm happy Day 4 I took a break because of pain in my stomach and legs Day 5 My stomach hurt but I managed it Final weight: 43,5. I am very happy

Aight, since none of y'all give proper result or just forget it randomly imma do it, I've been doing this for 5 days straight my waist gotten smaller but I didn't only do this workout, I did her leg pilates which slightly worked although it's not visible, and I've been massaging my stomach for a flat belly, it works trust me. @@ฅ._.ฅ-ส7ณ omad and like I strictly didn't ate much expect use zero coke as a snack and rice and curry for the meal, I don't recommend doing this because it's hard at first if you're not uses to it, but if you are trying and in the middle of the day you want to eat something, eat snacks like fruits, etc that make you full

Hi 👋 I want to add this workout to my routine ! I will do this every morning until I reach my goal. I prefer to eat three times a day and include vegetables, fats, carbs and protein in every one of my meal, I also walk 10k steps everyday and I do stretches in the evening. I’m 159cm. I'm gonna try to do this daily, so here's my check in. ✨Day 1: Wasn't too difficult, besides from the butt-kickers haha. ✨Day 2: The cardio part still gets me, but not too hard. ✨Day 3: Went to the gym right before this with a friend so it kinda hurt haha. ✨Day 4: It's gotten easier to do, for sure. I'm going to do this workout + walk atleast 20 minutes for 4 weeks. My goal is to be healthier and lose weight :) I will update my weight weekly. sw: 53/54 kg gw: 49 kg I will give an update here everyday 💗 Day 1: ✅️ Today was my first day, I went shopping so I walked for about 2.5 hours and did this workout video 🤍 Day 2: ✅️ DONEE, I was doing much better than yesterday, it will get easier over time I think. I'm also going to the gym today for about an hour :) Day 3:❌️ I was soo tired and just didn't have the motivation, but that is okay. I went on walk for about 20 minutes. Day 4: ✅️ the workout will get easier :) Day 5: ❌️ I was tireeeeddd so I didn't do it but thats okay 01/20/23: helloo, so I started doing this workout 3 weeks ago, but I got completely off track after new years 😭😭 I'm gonna start again today and I will go easier on myself. Doing this for 2 weeks! I’m 14 almost 15, and i weight 187.3lbs, I’ve tried loosing weight since i was 9 and nothing has happened so let’s hope for the best. I’m doing this after doing the Daisy Keech Ab Workout for 2 weeks when i was 193.5lbs. I watch the workout on my tv so i’m not going to be commenting until August 10 😊🦋 can’t wait to tell you! omg do you have any other workout video recommendations?? im SUPER weak and frail and get sick a lot due to health issues (my immune system has gone downhill in the past three or four years) but im trying to gradually get stronger like i used to be before all this and better things out so I've started exercising again (i go on and off every few months but i can see and also feel that working out really helps me), I'd really appreciate if you could share any videos that you found helpful! I believe they'll suit me too!

Thank you for the video. such a light workout to do during Ramadan. I was looking for one I am 62 kg. I don't wanna lose weight tbh I just wanna lose the belly I have gained during quarantine. Day 1 ✅

trying this out. i’m 14yrs and 55kg trying to get to 52 i’ll try and update everyday‼️ day 1 - ✅ - so far it wasn't too hard which was nice. i also do a small ab routine at night before showering: 50 crunches, 50 scissor kicks, 50 bicycles, 50 leg raises, 50 russian twists, 50 ankle taps, and 1 min plank.

Day 1- pretty easy! Not tired Day 2- little more easier!! But not much difference of course! Cant wait until day 3 also I’m doing a calorie deficit and another work out so my results might be different! Day 3- Getting the hang of this also I added walking for 30 minutes I see a slight difference?? Day 4- It was okay! I’m seeing a slight difference idk maybe my head playing games

Im starting to do this workout with 2 others daily can you guys remind me by liking or commenting under this? 🙂 (No diet, just watching calorie intake) unless that is a diet idk 😂🤷🏽♀️ Day 1 ✅ - I ACTUALLY did pretty good!! The only part for me was the twist I was shaking on that part 😂 Day 2 ✅- I accidentally did her 15 min full body+slim waist workout but. I’m still going to count it as day 2 SUPER PUMPED AND I LOVED IT

I am gonna start this workout today (17th of July, 2023). Start: 64 kg End: Day 1: ✅ I did it twice. I can feel my abs. Day 2: ✅ Did it kinda badly. Day 3: ✅ Day 4: ✅ Didn't do the frog one but I did extra leg lifts and crunches.
