For some reason the longer workouts seem like such a challenge time wise for me. But, I have been doubling up on some of these shorter ones and that seems fine! 🥴🙄🤷‍♀️. Make it make sense! I loved this workout! I do more intense workouts with Chris but this is great for beginners or if you just aren't feeling up for too much of a cardio workout and want a quick walk (without leaving the house). I'll be dating myself but it reminds me of Kathy Smith's marching workout. Of course you get to do it with Chris which is always a good thing.

First off and sorry if this is long winded but I encourage all of you to try her lives. There will be things that seem like are way too advanced but she is the QUEEN of modifications so if you can't do crazy in the star jacks she will always have a modification. If you can never get on the floor she'll have a modifications. Ok why am I here if I have already done her lives ? I do ballet and jiu jitsu and work out on top of all of that. In September i was being thrown as a normal part of training and I got thrown too hard and didn't land how I was taught to. I suffered a massive concussion when the back of my head bounced off the mat. As a result fpr the months since I've had a migraine everyday. I suffered extreme vertigo for about a month and a contant palm in the back of my neck. When you are used to working out every day this is a massive blow. I couldn't do anything at practice I could do the barre during ballet but anything that required spinning would send me to the floor. I hesitated at going back to even working out out of fear. I was down on myself gained a bunch of weight and still to this day I sleep way more than I should be. One day I decided my workouts are not going to look like they used to. So I'm starting my workouts as a very beginner. This is a hit to the ego when you've been working out since the 90s. But here I am taking a progressive program and finding myself getting stronger again and I've had to take this mindset with both jiu jitsu and ballet too. So my goal is to graduate back into Chris's lives and get closer to where I was with everything else.
