What step counter do you use?? I only registered at 3100.. 😮 I do lots of walking workouts that sync with my step count.. I even walked faster in the walking bits.. 🤯

I joined the Vibestars last March. I discovered this KZbin channel soon after having surgery and being permitted to exercise again. I was skinny and weak. Rick's charm kept me motivated. I just ignored the weigh loss messages because I was already thin. I'm still underweight, but I have muscle tone and far less loose skin. I'm so much stronger now. I couldn't even walk a mile November 2023. Now, I can walk 15 miles.

Happy Friday thank you thank you thank you that was amazing I have to share something with you in the beginning of your video your work out there is ads very long ads 90+ minutes I guess so doing that time I walk in place or I do my other workouts my weights my squats my resistance bands stuff like that today with the ads and this workout I’ve already done 4.41 miles and I still have to do my evening 3 mile walk so thank you sir because I know the ads mean a lot and I watch them from the beginning to the end happy new year again to you and your family🙏🏾💪🏽🎶💋
