Well I’m back …. You are a trooper. I pray you will catch up with your friends over the next three days. Can I ask what is your average daily milage goal. Being new to your channel it would seem you average well over 16 or 17 miles per day? Five days of good supply is that about 10 lbs additional weight of more like 12 lbs?
