Hi Hannah thank you so much for this journey, well I d like to say that I'm proud of myself because this is the very first challenge that I start and complete , I ve learned so much about the breath and how it controls the movement and numerous muscles that we ve worked out , and also the consistency and discipline that I found through your workout . I have trouble squeezing the inner thighs. Actually I don’t feel it except in the bridging exercise when you say squeeze imagining a ball between the legs. Please help
