Welcome to Day 24 of the #30Minute Pilates Challenge. We are going to work on this Creative flow to strengthen your total body and you will feel great afterwards. So don't wait any longer, let's workout together!
Let’s do it together and comment when you complete, so you can keep track and we can also encourage each other to complete it everyday. And don’t forget to share with your friends and family to make this challenge more fun. You don’t have to be a part of the challenge to do this, just come as you are and enjoy!

If you cannot join this challenge daily, you can make a goal of completing it in a certain days, for example, “I will complete this one in 45 days”. Or can just do what make you feel best.

Hii Hannah because of your workout my back fat has reduced alot and even thigh fat even though I am not doing jogging these days because of lockdown, but still your workouts keeps me fit and energies every day so love you for that.. my weight was 60kg and I've reduced 2 kg so feeling more confident so thanks alot for boosting up confidence towards making healthy me.😘❤️😊👍 I just love you and your dogo he's Soo cute love the way how he come towards you while workout always stay closer to you❤️ 😘😘😘 🐕

HELLO HANNAH!!! Following you daily makes me really stronger, so that session was totally easy: at each exercise, I've tried to make it with more challenge, like lift my head, or take more time with toning thighs and bottom!!!
