I am super excited that I have done till day 29 .. and in 3 years first time , I am at the verge of completing this 6w challenge... it was tough certainly . but I am happy I did stick to it and did it till the end... nailed it.thanks a lot @tiff*DAN. u made me stick with it..

I was waiting for this to drop this morning. It was exactly what I needed. I needed to loosen up the muscle in my shoulder. Started with the 5 min warm up then this. That calf finisher was fun. Thanks for another awesome workout. Here's to the weekend Bro!!

this is by far the most killer workout i've ever done in this 6 weeks program... the amount of speed and rewinding to keep up and finish all the work out is.. astounding hahaha

Love the calves workout just what I was looking for. Do do have any ideas on ankle strengthening? Or doing calves work just as good?

Thanks! For ankle strengthening I would look at doing some band work. If you look up ankle band exercises some good ones should come up.

Day 29 done , Ohhh my back , Bending over n giving your back some work with dumbells is tough, that flyes had me panting, and those calf babies r on fire, who knew so much workout is needed for calf, That finisher for calf got my calf in a twist🤣🤣🤣, Way to go mate🙏

Just a suggestion: the shots are taken too far away from your body. You should adjust the zoom or put the camara near to you. It's nice/inspiring for us viewers to actually see the muscles moving. And I say this without any erotic connotation. Your content brings great value. Thanks😉👍💪
