Get ready for a shoulder challenge like no other! This 25 minute dumbbell shoulder workout is designed to sculpt and strengthen those muscles, but be warned - it's intense! Grab your dumbbells (choose weights that challenge you) and remember to adjust as needed. Listen to your body, push your limits, and don't compare yourself to others. This is your journey, and with every rep, you're getting closer to stronger, more defined shoulders.
The workout will be structured with 40 second work intervals followed by 20 seconds of rest, repeated for 4 sets within each round. You'll tackle 5 rounds with 45 seconds of rest in between. To finish strong, we'll dive into a 2-minute complex with 3 exercises, pushing out as many sets as possible. Let's get shredded! #6WS1 #BoulderShoulders - See workout details below.

Workout Details:
⏱️ Duration: 25 minute workout
🏋️ Equipment: Two sets of dumbbells, a bench or chair, and a non-slip workout mat
💪🏽 Dumbbell: For reference only, I’m using 20 & 30 lb / 9 & 14 kg dumbbells
⏱️ Intervals: 40 seconds work, 20 seconds rest // We'll break this workout down into 5 round, each consisting of 4 sets. After each cycle we'll take a 45 second rest before moving on to the next round.

This ended up being exactly what I wanted. kzbin.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 I get the flexibility of multiple dumbbells without taking up the space of a whole set. I have a very small spare room that these and a bench fit perfectly into. Like others mentioned the size of these are a little bigger/longer than traditional weights so they aren’t the perfect solution for everyone. However, if you're looking for a flexible and space saving design for a home workout I’d recommend these.

I just started last week. I think it’s 5 workouts for the week. So I basically do mine (first five workouts) mon-fri and rest on weekends and this week I started day 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 if you get the drift. Next week I’ll do the next 5. Whatever works for you I guess

If I rely on motivation and feelings alone I would not be doing these workouts especially how I'm feeling these last days - but discipline trumps feelings. I'm gonna try this one with bands and a set of 2kg 😏 dumbbells I have for the lateral raise 😂.

Great workouts! Are these meant to be done 5 days a week with a couple of rest days or one after another with no rest days?

Technically, you could do intense workouts daily, however, it’s a practice to allow your body to recover from grueling workouts. I’d recommend taking a rest day 1-2x per week and on those rest days you can still be active (go for a jog or hike, recovery bike ride, ab workout, etc). ❤️

I didn’t think I’d get through this workout but I did, thanks to those like you both who have generated so much content for us all from different parts of the world to join and do, keep our health in tact. I have managed to boost my resilience a bit over time with all of your help. You know, I think health authorities need to start really supporting all of you and encouraging more people to put their mind, body in the forefront of their daily lives so that we can combat all these uncertain and worrying times of pandemic also. Not wait to cure with medication but perhaps try and avoid by maintaining health as best as possible. I know it is not possible for all to do and understand that too. Thanks again, Tiff and Dan

Another great workout! In order for me to even keep up I range from 25 down to 15 lb dumbbells depending on the exercise. And those dreaded Thrusters, which I have a love but mostly hate relationship with! When I saw you demo the Thrusters I was like dammit! LOL. My old ass got through it though! Appreciate you guys very much!
