Love love love the squat depth! No belt and getting that bracing right. Try staying down right at the bottom of the squat and pausing it - feel that stretch, it is good for you.

I especially like how you are opening your hips at the bottom, this is something that I have been trying to get to kick in. Watch any olympic lifter and you will see them do a sort of leg push in that I believe is directly engaging the glutes or something like that. Perfect that and you will squat some serious weight and more importantly, you will see the benefits in your everyday life.@@Schismarch

Watch how when Clarence comes out of the bottom of the squat, he sort of pushes his legs together. kzbin.info/www/bejne/d4ukc6p_qbR0ndk@@Schismarch

His butt shoots back as well at the same time. All Olympic lifters do this and it gives a massive boost. Power lifters don't and I think it is a massive mistake.

I am not against power lifting - however that pushing in at the knee thing they do for Olympic lifting is something that I desperately want to master. Anyway - I wont post again - thank you for the reply. kzbin.info/www/bejne/pH25e4d4j9mcq9k
