I am on day 3 of my whole30. I am watching these replays as I go along. My NSV is that I really enjoyed the nutpods in my coffee this morning. I was really concerned when I was on day 1 that I wouldn’t be able to do this without my half & half every morning, but I have found that I actually do like the nutpods!🎉

My sugar dragon was after me last night! Day 3 trying to get asthma and a bad cold under control, and so much better today! 😊

Im catching up watching the replays, on Day 4, double fisting Aura Bora's Cactus Rose (delightful, by the way) and Chicken Bone Broth at the moment, and just finished dinner - kite hill cream cheese, coconut amines atop salmon sashimi. Feeling super tired, but also really good! love these day by day lives! Super supportive through the process.

Regarding Magnesium: Malate is the form I take for muscle aches (especially if I forget for a while and get Charlie horse cramps 😫)

I know the love is over but I was going to ask, today I had chicken, broccoli and I made a “bruschetta” topping. Just tomatoes, salt, pepper, olive oil and basil. After I ate it, probably about 15 mins later I had a headache, is that the tomatoes? Thanks!

I’m currently on Day 3. I am going through some serious detox symptoms. Stomach is hurting, feeling nauseous. I did a 48-hour fast before I started. This is my third time doing Whole30. When I did it 3 months ago, it took forever for me to feel better. I probably didn’t feel my best until about Day 15. Hopefully I feel better sooner this time.

I have used food as a procrastination mechanism for years. My “why” is also to change my relationship with food. I have a lot of knowledge around functional nutrition and I’m so excited for this science experiment on myself to see what non-scale victories I achieve.

When this happens to me, I add collagen and coconut milk to my coffee (which I usually have black). Quickly adds 200+ calories to my day.

Too funny, my shoulder is hurting from the gym yesterday 😂. I think I’m just tired from lack of sleep - no cravings tho!
