Hi Neha thanks for these wonderful classes. I had injured my wrist while doing chakrasana a month ago. After that it was more a kind of fear which was stopping me from getting into the posture. Thanks to your chakrasana video I’m doing it comfortably again. You are a very patient teacher and help us to realise our weaknesses and work towards improvement with guided asanas instead of forcing ourselves to a posture with injuries. Thanks again. Thank you Neha. I have completed day 3 practice. You are best yoga teacher online I have seen so far because your teaching pace is so gradual and your explanations are very clear and comprehensive. I have just a doubt, I was going to yoga classes a few years back and my yoga teacher used to stress the importance of butterfly pose and we used to do it every day for relaxation, please let me know if it's good to do every day. Dear Mam, I have few queries regarding Yogasanas - 1-Should we do yoga asanas daily ...like 7 days in a week or should we take a rest of 1/2 days in a week as we do in gym to prevent Repititive Strain Injury (RSI) ? 2-I have learnt doing Mayurasana ...and right now i am learning Sheershasana(Head Stand)...my question is should we do sama poses like Mayurasana and sheershasana daily or should we take a gap and do a group of asana on one day and the other group of asana on another day ?

Hi, I understand what you would be feeling but to practise Chakrasan only back flexibility is not important also your shoulder mobility and shoulder strength is very important. I think you are lacking at shoulder strength a little that’s why you are not able to lift your body up. please practice shoulder strengthening for first few days get better at your shoulder strength and then try Chakrasana🙏😊

Do regular yoga,pranayam, and meditation in sequence .40min yoga posture ,20 min pranayam and 20 min meditation morning and evening . 2. Avoid spicy food and non-veg . Include 30 to 40% salad in your diet . Take yougrt in lunch and a glass of milk in dinner . 3. Maintain hygiene God bless you❤️

Yes if you do lot of yoga Asana practice you will lose weight but if you eat nutrition food and practice less Asha now and more of Pranayam and meditation this will kind of balance your requirement😊🙏
