We have a special guest today with our practice during our pigeon posture you can see a pigeon arrives near us at 34.47 This session has been designed for any beginner who wants to start practicing yoga at home but not really sure how to start, here you can start practicing from the basics as Warmup, then to start Surya Namaskar, here in this video I have practiced 15 SuryaNamaskar, but if you are not able to do so many then you can also start practice 5 numbers.

Hi mam i am neeha .i am new to your channel . I am 13 years old but at this age i am getting pains at every joint in my body. Do you thinks that i can do yoga and if i can do , could u pls do a video about pls and i am also not able to sit down comfortably on the floor .. .. . Hi Neha thanks for these wonderful classes. I had injured my wrist while doing chakrasana a month ago. After that it was more a kind of fear which was stopping me from getting into the posture. Thanks to your chakrasana video I’m doing it comfortably again. You are a very patient teacher and help us to realise our weaknesses and work towards improvement with guided asanas instead of forcing ourselves to a posture with injuries. Thanks again. Working towards the headstand without support

Thank you Neha. I have completed day 3 practice. You are best yoga teacher online I have seen so far because your teaching pace is so gradual and your explanations are very clear and comprehensive. I have just a doubt, I was going to yoga classes a few years back and my yoga teacher used to stress the importance of butterfly pose and we used to do it every day for relaxation, please let me know if it's good to do every day. Thanks a lot again.

Dear Mam, I have few queries regarding Yogasanas - 1-Should we do yoga asanas daily ...like 7 days in a week or should we take a rest of 1/2 days in a week as we do in gym to prevent Repititive Strain Injury (RSI) ? 2-I have learnt doing Mayurasana ...and right now i am learning Sheershasana(Head Stand)...my question is should we do sama poses like Mayurasana and sheershasana daily or should we take a gap and do a group of asana on one day and the other group of asana on another day ?

Hi, I understand what you would be feeling but to practise Chakrasan only back flexibility is not important also your shoulder mobility and shoulder strength is very important. I think you are lacking at shoulder strength a little that’s why you are not able to lift your body up. please practice shoulder strengthening for first few days get better at your shoulder strength and then try Chakrasana🙏😊

Hi mam , I have pcod problem my periods irregular past 2 years when I took tablet my periods come regular after next month not come without tablet , last month i took tablet so my period came on 4th june bt this month still not come😢😢i stopped the tablet this month.past 2 weeks I doing yoga with ur guiding pcos cure video..if am doing my periods will come regular? ???😢

Hi Sharifa don’t be disappointed or depressed, it’s just a body condition and it can always be worked on🙏 practice this everyday and try to have healthy food as much as possible, focus on a proper sleeping pattern and more than anything stress can increase your harmonal imbalance so please relax 🙏😊

@@sarifasarifa8953 hello sarifa faced same problem here are some points:- 1. Do regular yoga,pranayam, and meditation in sequence .40min yoga posture ,20 min pranayam and 20 min meditation morning and evening . 2. Avoid spicy food and non-veg . Include 30 to 40% salad in your diet . Take yougrt in lunch and a glass of milk in dinner . 3. Maintain hygiene God bless you❤️

When I doing the auloma viloma for 8-10 minutes I am feeling like to do Balasana or child pose,(that means bend to head to the earth),is it wrong? Or when I am feeling like this , can I do shavsana or balasana?

I do yoga for 30 - 60 mins after exercising for the last 15 years. Helps me to stretch relax and cool down

Hi, while practicing surya namaskara, while pushing the chest down, I'm not able to push my stomach up as I get pain in the bicep area and hands, could you pls suggest something for this? And thanks to you again as I've completed by third session today 🙌

Hi dear. Am a new subscriber to your channel n new begginer too after searching for a gud yoga teacher I found out you the best 😃. My query is the reason wanted to do yoga to strengthen, flexibility, stamina, peace of mind. I jus started doing warmup and surya namaskar. Am already underweight I don't want to lose weight anymore. So if I keep practicing yoga will I lose more weight ?? Pls do reply Neha mam will be awaiting for your feedback mam

Yes if you do lot of yoga Asana practice you will lose weight but if you eat nutrition food and practice less Asha now and more of Pranayam and meditation this will kind of balance your requirement😊🙏

कुल कितने आसन होते हैं??? योग गुरु पतंजलि ने कितने योगासन बताएं हैं??? खड़े होकर, बैठकर तथा लेटकर किए जाने वाले कुल कितने आसन है??? जिसका उम्र 25 वर्ष है उसे लचीलापन बढ़ाने के लिए क्या करना होगा??? 25 वर्ष उम्र वाले लोगो का लचीलापन कितने दिनों में बढ़ सकता है.. जितने भी हो योग आसन होते हैं, आप उसका लिस्ट बनाकर वीडियो बनाएं.......
