Hi Neha, you are really doing great job! I have been following your different videos for two months now, and I feel fantastic. Every winter, I used to be in so much pain due to stiffness that I had to go for acupuncture 2-3 times. This winter is coldest ever, and I still havent been that sore, thanks to you ! I would really love if you add a series of 21 days or 30 days for intermediate level including warmup to shavasana (follow along) - so its easier to just follow one video instead of searching and adding couple of videos at a time. Keep up the good work !

I've been doing yoga since last one month with your videos or we can say with you"virtually". I feel energetic whole day as well as my mind remain relax. Also, I'm pushing my mum to perform yoga, furthermore, she feels better. In my opinion yoga is far better than any medicine as well as it also focus on the whole body not just a single part.
