I’m only 15 but I started working out when I was 14 because I was out of shape for my age and I’m starting to get better too. Watching you kinda relates since we both are trying to get better. Good work though man 👍.

You have a great setup. Nice work, variety is good. I have found it so hard to get the pulldowns to hit my lats but they are so much better and safer than badly executed pull ups. Keep it up!

Thanks! Yeah, same struggle here. I also do chin ups and negative pull ups; working toward being able to do more than a single pull up.

Yes you can. I did at 52. Be careful about pushing weight heavy and pullups in particular. Got tendinitis from doing pull-ups had to use bpc 157 to get over it. Higher reps and use the stretch. Figure out your diet. Oh yeah you will look better but been 3 years and I am still getting in shape so no real hurry. Just keep at it.
