Pull up is coming along very slowly, but progress is happening! Haven’t tried assisted but have done lots of negatives.

Regarding pull-up discussion and such. I came to the realization my back is lagging a bit (I feel) when historically it always got super built lifting. I was on a long, many year hiatus like OP and realized I probably did 2:1 pull:push back in the day. Do you guys like this ratio for your posterior/anterior chain? My deadlifts used to be super strong too but my squat has mostly gone up where pull from the floor hasn’t. Press feels in the right spot.

Fwiw, the older I get the more my lower back acts as a limiting factor; I probably need more core work
