Your answer to number 7 is wrong. The answer should be 84 because when you add 39°+102°+135°= is 276 then subtract it to 360 is 84. The measure of the whole circle is 360° right? you shouldn't disregard the 36° because it's still part of the circle.

The 39 is arc VS. If you subtract it from 360 along with 102 and 135 you are finding the remaining arc ST. The measure of arc ST is indeed 84 as you say, however the problem is asking for the larger arc VST (aka arc VT). You could find the larger arc VST by adding the smaller arcs VS and ST. That's 39 + 84 so arc VST is 123.

#7 problem is quite confusing. If the angle of the intercepting arc of V and T is asked, why S needs to be there? Putting VST looks like S is the vertex to me.
