Looking for some session where we can do intense practice and learn new asana’s. Am not able to do split, kakasana, chaturanga.. if v can have these kind of difficult asana’s in daily sessions it will b good practice for us and we would b able to achieve them

Good morning mam❤ sorry to say but this series is very slow please give intense practice videos of 30 to 35 min for all body parts specially for stubborn belly too
