Does the taste of coffee change from day to day?

@@YGershteyn No ! I do taste regularly before adding the milk, and the extraction is relatively the same.

@Road2barista Try changing the grind of your coffee. Or change the type of coffee. For variety.

@@Road2barista I try different types of coffee. I started storing it like this: I weigh it out into separate portions (in my case, 15 g each) in vacuum bags, vacuum it and store it in the freezer. I label each bag with the type of coffee and the roasting date. I defrost it before using it. Different types of coffee require different grinding. Does your grinder allow for fine-tuning?
