@@Road2barista I try different types of coffee. I started storing it like this: I weigh it out into separate portions (in my case, 15 g each) in vacuum bags, vacuum it and store it in the freezer. I label each bag with the type of coffee and the roasting date. I defrost it before using it. Different types of coffee require different grinding. Does your grinder allow for fine-tuning?
