After that, we will be back with 3-4 new workouts uploaded weekly until the end of March. April we will be doing a structured monthly calendar and on May 1, we are starting a new 6 week program. ❤️

Completed this one 💪and feel so great 🙂Loved the assorted range of exercises for the complete body. The DB Push Up to DB Shoulder Tap was something I have never ever before and so is the double DB drag through. Thank You Chris and Edi. Immense love and gratitude to you ❤ P.S: Seeing Arnold in the warmup is the best performance enhancer for the workout which no pre-workout supplement or drink can beat 🙂
