I'm lol, I really enjoyed this workout I did a really great one yesterday it was a 15-minute HIIT boxing/combat workout it was so compact and boy did I feel my body sore this morning, I did boxing for years and this was ideal for going over those skills I thought I had lost, this was another good new channel I discovered during the lockdown, I'll leave you guys the link to this video here kzbin.info/www/bejne/nZOWoWVqh7B1hZo

Hang in there people. All I can say is social distancing works. It could be incredibly irritating and stressful at times, but give it three four weeks, things will get better considerably. I’ve been back in the office for two weeks now. Gym has not been allowed to reopen yet. So still working this routine. Stay safe, healthy and fit everyone 💪🏼

I’m 14 years old, quite young but I have got to say this video is out of this world!!! Despite making me exhausted and wanting to scream at times (especially in the leg sessions), all the trainers really help me get away from it all and just ‘explode’. Thank you very much.

The most killer part of this whole workout was the leg session for me. Lunge pulses + kick had me so behind . But it was my first lesmills workout, didn’t even pay attention to time! Great.

I am a combat junkie and closure of my gym because of CV19 really distressed me until I found this! Fabulous guys. By the way I am 64 and have done combat for decades - right since the beginning. Love it!

It's like dancing!! This is so great!! The beats are great!! Ever since LMC I loved these two!! But this program says it all!!! All of it!! I've done all these videos about 5 times each already and I feel stronger and faster than I have in years. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a fitness workout change.

I did it for 20 minutes yesterday, and I'll do it again today. I won't be able to accomplish much more for a while, but I will. To be honest, I've never seen anything like it in my life; I'm speechless. I'm not sure how to explain it, but what I can say now is that it's like having a family that doesn't judge you but supports you unconditionally. I adore that lady in the black outfit; she's the reason I clicked on this video. I want to express my gratitude to all of the professors who are on stage and off stage for instilling in me a spirit I never had before and wish I had known a long time ago. Just to give you an update, I've been doing this on and off for the past 5 months, and I'd want to thank Rachael and her crew for everything! Keep up the wonderful job, you guys! 💖

*AMAZING* !!!! For those wondering about stats, 5’0”. 102lbs (46kg): 💥167 max HR 💥135 avg HR 💥260 calories burned I am dripping in sweat and my endorphins are through the roof! The push-ups section was a nice surprise!!! Thank you so much! I have been missing my kickboxing class at my gym but this is a perfect replacement. LOVE IT! ✅10/21

I attempted to finish the whole video. Though I got out of breath several times even thought about giving up, I didn't. I crushed it in 45 minutes and burned roughly 450kcal. My HR was up to 178bpm. Thanks Les Mills for such amazing work.

Same here, but the real tragedy here is that my gym has reopened but they’ve DROPPED ALL LES MILLS WORKOUTS, NO MORE COMBAT! I’ve been going to the combat classes weekly for 6 YEARS, and it’s the ONLY reason I kept my membership since I have a home gym. So glad I’ve run across these on KZbin. Honestly, eff my gym!

LM Body Combat is the best cardio, I always combo this with Body Pump and Grit Strenght then Les Mills Core. Kudos to Dan, Rach and team - Body Combat is the best!

I taught kickboxing and fitness boxing (with bags and pads) for 25 years. Whenever I look at kickboxing sites on youtube, the cueing is usually awful and the explanation of body placement and alignment is non-existent. You are all excellent in motivation, combinations, technique and explanations!!! Thanks!! it's so nice not to have to think for myself and follow an kick ass routine.

This has been a godsend, now 8 months straight!!!! I feel amazing I tried also paying but it is not available in Mexico. I feel like I should be able to give something back I love routines from day 11, 12 , 13, and 14 the best. But I have done all about 20 times each. Thank you!! You have kept me sane. I saw also 2 of live stream classes, but later could not find them.

I like doing different styles of workouts, my favorites are Barre and Pilates, but when I do Cardio I like high intensity and something keeps me moving, while also being fun. This I can't wait to try.

Thank you Les Mills! I did this workout yesterday + jump rope and this morning thought my legs were gonna drop off 😂, this lady was sore. I sooooo had to get mentally prepared to do Les Mills Grit this evening. My mantra: focus…discipline…physical pain won’t reign. It got done. With your workouts you don’t mess, all in every time. 👍🏾

I love and enjoy combat workouts. I get pumped out and always looking forward to combat. It's a high cardio which I know I can keep fit and sweat a lot. The higher the workout. The fitter I am. The combat teachers are fit and always pushed us to our limit. The techniques are also helpful in doing any fitness correctly so careful from injuries. So thank you. I think Combat is callings for me! Lol

Incredible workout for even the laziest of us all! For those wanting to start working out, it's perfectly safe (did this workout without the jumps and lowered the intensity a bit due to a twisted ankle) but you'll fall in love with LesMills instantly! Love the endorphin rush I'm feeling at the moment

WHO ELSE IS FINISHING IT TODAY??? JUST FEELS GREAT TO SEE WHAT THE BODY IS CAPABLE OF DOING FOR 45 MIN AFTER SO MUCH PREP! I've been doing it with my boyfriend (long distance relationship). He lost 6 Kilos and I lost 5 cm of waist associating with intermitent fasting and eating complex carbs plus high protein. ♥

Been doing body combat on oculus! I love it. Very true to the Les Mills Brand ❤️ doing it every day. Really effective having targets to hit and obstacles to dodge for slips & squats. Definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys Les Mills.

I did this 2x in a row this week and I am absolutely in love with this workout, the soundtrack, the trainers, the energy of the people working out ... just everything in this video is A W E S O M E. This quickly became my go-to home workout! Whenever i see the guy in blue shirt coming in at 15:30, I cry tears of joy because his voice takes away 40% of the fatigue i built up since the beginning of the workout hahaha I definitely recommend even to beginners. There is a lot of coordination but just take your time and you'll get all movements in! :)

This series of Invincible work out videos are really good. Good music, good teaching of each move. Even just watching the video without exercising, it’s still very entertaining. Well done!

OMG ! Im so happy to find that this video has kept all of its original music. I noticed yesterday they changed the music on the app for this section and I was very sad because this track and the music IS AMAZING! So glad to see this is still with the original music that gets me going through this specific lower body track! 🎉

I was looking for a program that I could add to my new meal plan regime and I loved watching the energy. It reminded me of billy blanks Taebo Bootcamp routines. I'm glad the next generation has this.

This is one of the few 45-mins workout I can finish because of the instructors and the music. I love it!!! Burnt 365 calories on this one

The energy and the vibe they gave off is so addictive it actually makes you think you can do it with ease. Awesome workout and I am completely smashed and i can say that i burned off around 360 calories that with barely keeping up with the steps XD.

I love this so much!!! ❤❤❤ only thing I would say is when it comes to push/teep kicks, imagine there's a box in front of you. Pick it up over that box, push kick and retract it back over the box. Never drop it back down to the floor. You guys got me into doing kickboxing and when I started the classes, the coaches were amazed. Now I spar with the guys 💪🏾 and my coaches say I have more power than most of the guys and that I should fight. I appreciate you guys. You helped me find something I love to do. Please continue to do this ❤
