I’ve been following u forever. I just wanted to say that you inspired me to get back into my passion of dancing again. I come from a family of dancers everything from ballet, jazz etc. I’m 34 and with 3kids. My daughter is 17 and I have 2boys (3&4years old) it’s amazing to have my daughter besides me doing classes. I haven’t felt that excitement from dancing for years, I’ve been inspired by u. You are my favorite dancers, the way you feel into the music is power right there. I know ur almost done with ur 30 day videos, I was seeing if maybe you could share how to feel sexy doing classes when on menstruation, and any tips such as extra supplements etc
