Really like your videos and the effort you put in to explain each asanas..I suffer from pcod and currently I am following the pcod series..however there are days due to hectic schedule I am not able to follow all the excercise..can you make video for pcod with all effective excercise for 20 mins only so that I dont miss out on the excercises even during hectic schedule

Hello mam, Maine last 15 days se aapke yoga ko follow kar rahi hu aur muje bahot hi achha mahesus ho raha he. Mam, Muje varicose veins ki problem he to kya aap us k liye yoga bata sakte ho, maine dono legs ki surgery bhi karvayi he lekin abhi bhi mai 100% cure nahi hui hu.

Everytime I do child posture I feel breathing problem and not being able to relax for that.I have asthma and a lot of fat in my belly and breast. And also I m unable to touch my forehead to my knee for lots of fat.
