The way you presented it and all the gentle instructions make mind and body to follow it easily and willingly. I request you to please post a session with ideal number of surya namaskar (may be 12 as ideally said) a person has to do each day, so that wr can follow it. Thank you ☺

I have been following your classess from part 1to 3...it helped me a lot...But in part 4 with ardha halasana it is a kittle bit difficult for me to perform becoz of my body weight I think so ...can i skip ardha halasana and continue with malsya asana......

Hi team, You have taught 4 types or variations of Surya namaskar. Which type we need to follow and taught variations of asana.please upload one video for which we need to do daily basics. We got some confusion because of variations and 5 videos
