Hope to get to know plants much better than I do now, you inspire me to learn more about them. I wonder how much thought goes into footwear choices with hikers - one in particular with sore feet, hoping that you will find some relief without having to rely on anything else but being naturally comfortable in your shoes. Try not doing big miles for a few days even with a couple of zero days. Many hikers come off trail due to their feet. Be wise and careful.
