what helped me get into this was starting with one part of the track I wanted to learn how to do, intro, drops, etc. Then work on each thing on its own. Also, when you hop into the studio do you have an idea of what you are going for to aim what you want to practice on, I'm only reaching out as I have been watching since day one have not really seen a melody to wrap the song around etc. This stuff sounds interesting but feel like its not hanging on anything.

yea i did that a couple of times early on and learned alot from it prolly do it agian soon, and no not really I just start by opening up the project and messing around with and see where the day takes me and yea its def all over the place Im not really tryna make it sound cohesive Im more focused on making the different parts learning how i can change them and making new sounds i think once Ive learned more about that then i can start focusing on the making a whole song centered around a sound/melody
