Hi Marissa and Dennis, thank you for your daily vlog about your house extension. You’re nearly to finishing line. Wonderful, it’s looked lovely. It’s good idea Marissa that you will put a cover in your sofa it will last long. I did it with my sofa at home in the U.K. we had it for 15 years , I think it’s time to replace it. Also thank you Mariben for cooking delicious food for the workers. Your house is looking lovely. Wonderful work with our Filipino workers. Well done guys. Take care, god bless and love to all. 🙏❤️😊

Work has come along beautifully guys ,just an advice maybe tell the boys to get safety gears they are awesome builders but they need to wear safety gears at all times fir their own safety especially up on the roof or on scaffolding etc. But really happy to see the outcome .All the best with the rest. ❤❤

Why don’t you tape the dangling tv cord to the back of the tv? It will result in a cleaner look. 👍

I hope you won't overload your drainage gutter by adding all the roof runoff into it. The work is fantastic and they are good natured about changes. That alone, is worth something in and of itself. Keep on truckin'.....

Hello to all of you. It doesn't matter like you said about the window screens. The windows are yours, you make them how you want to. The ice cream looks yummy. I don't like the scale either, when I stand on it I think it's lieing to me. 😂 lol Thanks for talking about the door nobs. I'm glad they are fixed now. I know they would have fixed the sooner or later.

You should do everything as its hard to get workers back because because they would be working elsewhere been their done that on my house in the phillippines lived their 10 yrs

Glad to hear the worker is okay 👍 I wandered what happens if someone does get injured on your property? Is there insurance in the Philippines for such things?✌️❤️🙏🙏🇺🇸

At the conclusion of construction, will there be an accounting of the projects total development costs? I'd be interested to know how much was expended on materials & how much was expended on labor.

I have a new found appreciation and respect for y’all two after the content of of early life together in the states. Dennis you were and are a lucky man. That ice cream is nasty though, that’s the kind that they serve on cruise ships and cheap all you can eat restaurants in the states.

Another question. What are the kitchen appliances,and electric stuff like TVs? Do you need to purchase specific types? Are the TV plugs and outlets the same as the U.S.A. can you use any U S.A. electrics every where in the Philippines?
@EleanorWeldonАй бұрын
220v compared to 110v in NorthAmerica. You would need to buy a voltage converter if travelling with your small appliances.

Actually, you want the window bars to be seen. The bad guys need to see them as a deterrent to breaking your window.
@joes84Ай бұрын
Yeah just put the grills outside so they can remove them without making any noise. Then they can just break a window.😂😂
@PeaceAndLove303Ай бұрын
Breaking and remove glass even before getting to the window bars is to noisy for thief's to consider in a nabour hood. If the window bars was on the outside there easily removed. Thief's use there heads and would quite easy go in through the roof than a secured window or door. Removing a few nut heads of roof sheets is how they get in far more easier and quietly.
