I have been excited for this as well Day9TV. I loved Theme Hospital by Bullfrog and played it over and over and over. I couldn't wait for this to come out. It has been fun to play so far and well worth it for me!!

If you want to have 0 deaths, you can increase the required diagnosis certainty to 100% sure. The way it worked in TH was, there was a set percentage value, 75% or something by default, so that after you've exhausted all currently available diagnostic options, if the certainty was high enough, the patient would be sent to be cured. And if you applied the wrong treatment, tada dead patients. The downside is, most patients never reach 100% percent and you'll be forced to send them home, instead of treating them for all the greens.

This is one of those games that are fun to play until you've seen the shticks. After that, it becomes a very repetitive sim game. It doesn't take long to reach that level. That being said, the shticks are really fun.

But most people (in America) don’t use it like we use the word “line”. As in “get in the back of the line.” I or “please form a line at the door” No one would argue with you if you said queue in these cases but they would wonder why you didn’t use line.
