Just so you know when you dont pay to have the precision soil accurate it does use more fertilizer and seeds. In long run your gonna use more seed and fertilizer

True, i think for year one its no waste because they had 0 furtelizer in that ground but after year 1 it a big waste and will ruin possibly the profits too.

The reason you can't use or sell the grain bins is because you do not own them. There is an issue with the map when you purchase the land, it does not transfer some of the buildings. I had to modify the placeable.xml file in the save folder to be able to use the grain bins on the farm. If you do a search in that file for "farmID="15"", you can change those entries to farmID="1". Then you should be able to use and/or sell the bins and hoppers. I know that would technically put all those assets in your possession but you would not have to worry about that until you buy that land those other items sit on. There are also a bunch of items that belong to other farms as well but I have not worried about them in my game yet just the ones that I needed on my lands.

Hey Pickles, You may want to consider a local "server" for farm sim so you're not so affected by internet speeds. It's not too complicated for something like farm sim and could run on a basic computer just sitting in the corner. Then you dont worry about internet at all except for your uploads. Great job.

@25:01 Where I live used to be like that. They got rid of all the steer and agriculture and built damn near 300,000 'units' of housing, some 50 schools, shopping centers, parks, car washes etc... (miles on miles) Got a damn Starbuck right where the mudding hole used to be, and now were the 'old' neighborhood behind the liquor store. We used to have a town drunk. Now we got a crime rate.

Them silos seem to need an auger, in the info about the building it says it. Dont have the mod myself but when you were in the build menu it said info about them silos. Also this stuff is great to watch. I learn alot and just enjoy the dynamic the two of you have. Keep it up love to see more.

As a commercial lawn and landscape business owner wright stand on mowers are LEGIT! But is you want a traditional sit down. They make good one too. But any brand such as ex-mark, grasshopper, wright, John Deere, and scag are great options too!

Anything by Toro for zero turn lawnmowers and you can't go wrong. The Titan series are great. Specs are up to you obviously but you can even get moderately used ones for great value, or go brand new. Love the series btw!

Scag is the perfect brand for a heavy duty lawnmower that can last long I have toured the scag plant and there work is incredible. I have a couple scag turf tiger ones that are over 10 years old and no problems except new spindles. For a 52in Vride 2 are perfect if you don’t mind standing or, turf tiger 2 61in is a great quick lawnmower and sit down. Great quality of cut from a great quality work. Thanks Jake and Papa Pickle doing great work.

On my family farm we own 2 dixie chopper zero turn mowers and they work great. We have one that's gas and one that diesel and if you are gonna be mowing some thick shit I would go with the diesel. Gas is slightly faster but the diesel will handle a lot more.

Any Toro will last you a long time and they are great mowers. I’ve had a titan hd for the past eight years and never had a problem with it.

I don't know about the zero turns but every push mower I've had that runs is a Toro. I've got one that's 30 one that's 40 and one that's 50 years old. All start on the 1st or 2nd pull on the first mow after winter with minimal maintenance...I know basically nothing about small engines. I acquired the oldest one to learn about small engines...but it didn't take much to get running and hasn't quit since.

You were talking about the county putting rock down, I work for a county in Iowa and in half a mile, I put a little over 89 ton of rock, we laid three truck loads pretty much on top of each other so if I go off my loads, the three of us laid 267.27 ton of rock in half a mile

Gravely HD only 6k, can put a hitch on it ,shows how many hours you have on it, you can work on the engine if needed. But John Deere is always an option.

On the lawnmower part. My dad has a landscaping business and we run all Exmark and our mowers have on average 500-1200 hours. We have a 48" a 50" and a 52" mower deck. So I recommend getting a 52" Exmark zero turn mower
