Today is the first day I added weights and I felt strong enough to do it! I set them aside when I needed a rest. Does anyone else's hips crunch when doing the lying down leg moves? 😬

I used to experience crunching hips as well but I feel like what has helped me the best is keeping my abs strong while doing these moves
