Bro, I'm honestly amazed by how you’re still pushing forward. I’m so proud of everything you’ve accomplished, it’s like you’re documenting your own life journey. I’ve been following you since the beginning, and seeing how far you’ve come is just incredible. Your consistency and dedication are on another level, and I genuinely thought you might have given up by now, but you’re still here, still crushing it. It's truly inspiring. Just wow, man. Keep going strong! 🙏🏻💖

You’re a real homie for being here from the beginning🙏🏾🔥 thank you for tuning in the whole year bro. There have been multiple and I mean MULTIPLE occasions where I’ve wanted to give up. But then I realized that failure and giving up aren’t the same thing. Failure is inevitable, and giving up is a choice. The difference between the big dawgs in calisthenics and everyone else is that the big dawgs accept failure as if it is success. Meaning that there is essentially no point in giving up when things don’t go your way👊🏾💯

@@izzyrollfit isn't it like... the most effective schedule to let your muscles and tendons to fully recover? like come on, who really count only active days saying something like "I achieved this in this period of time" ?

I’m still stuck on adv tuck planche

Advanced tuck raises helped me out a lot when getting past the advanced tuck, especially when I didn’t have time/access to use resistance bands but your best bet is to use resistance bands since they correct your form and they help you build more volume 🙏🏾🔥

@izzyrollfit I'll try using resistance bands

Hi, could you link the beginner's calisthenics program? I don't see it in the description. Love the content!
