Thank you for the review. Does the Day avocado tree bear fruit heavily and consistently?

First! Thanks for sharing the Day. I actually had one years ago but gave it to someone with salty soils on the coast and never saw it again. I have always wanted to try one.

Love these videos - and your gardening emails. Have you thought about doing some gardening videos for California gardeners? I bet there's a lot of new gardeners who would love to have your advice on what to plant and when to plant, etc 👍

Thanks for the encouragement. I'll do something along those lines tomorrow.

Another well done review. 👍 I think Eli in fallbrook has some day trees and available fruits. Maybe I’ll get to try one if I make a trip to the area.

Never thought I would see this avo on this channel being in Cali. How cool! I wonder if it tastes different there than in Florida. One of Floridas better avos in my opinion.

I wonder the same thing. I've never had a Day grown in Florida but would love to try one and find out.

I picked up some Floridas while on vacation recently, I think you put it best that you would use and eat them differently. I really enjoy eating them with sugar and lemon and having them by themselves.

Thanks for the review, Greg! The fruit from my Lula has some of the same taste 'issues' - on the sweetish side with minimal flavor - and would be better in a smoothie or dessert than as an entre.
