Hi Jen , I am ashamed to say I failed the Ohio real estate test for the third time . I contacted my broker an he suggest I find review classes . I have prep agent an really like how they teach . I must say you have already helped me with how you break it down on how to remember it by acronyms this is awesome . I failed my test on 2.12.2022 . In Ohio you have to ask your broker to sign a retake application . He is super nice an understanding I just wish I didn’t have to let him know . I am in study study mode an I’m pass this test . When they give you the scores back what does it mean you needed a 56 to pass or 70 ? I had 53 I was lost on that an my state I had a 24 ? I believe . Jen I pray I pass an don’t stop the teaching this is awesome . Have a fabulous day . I will reach back out with update on the passing . I also think it’s not Gods timing I’ll pass when he knows I got it . Your my angle .

Hi Misty! Definitely don’t give up, the wording on the questions and the multiple choice is worded in a way to confuse you and make you second guess your answer so it can definitely be frustrating. Usually when people fail it’s not because they don’t know the material, it’s because they’re letting the wording confuse them. Try this: when you’re taking your practice exams, read the question, and before you read the multiple choice, try and write down what they are asking and the answer in the most simple form possible. Then read the multiple choice and select the one that looks most like the simple answer you wrote down. You got this!

One way I recently learned to remember Reg Z is to “tell Z truth” in a French Canadian accent. In relation to your acronym, BAMF, Banff is located in Canada. So a Canadian from Banff knows to always tell Z truth in lending. 😄

Thank you! So I made an 82 on the course exam so whenever I get approved I can sit for the state and national exam. Uhhh it was such a miracle to pass, there is Soo much to learn! My mind does not learn sitting or reading through courses or books, I am most definitely a kinetic learn or hands on.
