Fellow countrymen, recalling an MP is so hard in the law. Read the Elections Act, Sections 45-48. Recalling an MP is only possible upon a substantive judgement by the High Court. How many MPs have been indicted by the Courts? Even findings by Independent Offices may not be reason enough as per the law. The MPs insulated themselves in the law adequately. Hao watu si wajinga. To say you can remove an MP just because you feel they don't represent your interests is misleading. Read the Elections Act before you embark on futility. For your information, it is easy and clearer to impeach the Governor, Deputy President and President than to recall an MP.
