Great idea to use the small See it Bigger planner for your health journal! I was in Walmart today and found one on sale for $3.50, so I grabbed it. I think it will be perfect for me to keep track of not only doctor appointments but any health event that might occur. Love that it has room on the daily pages to write down my questions for the doctor and his or her answers, instead of on some scrap of paper in my purse. Thanks so much for sharing your idea--I had been thinking about creating a health tracker and this seems to be just right for me!

I use a plastic placemat from Amazon that I cut to size for A5, or A6 and B5. I then use my punch to make holes and add elastics like a TN. I have them for all my Moterms sizes and it works beautifully. They easily slip into the pockets on each side. I can fit the Walmart books, etc. Just fyi. Have fun! ❤

The best way to put the stuff onto the rings is to move the rings to the side a little and it will go in easier than just pushing straight down in the middle of each snipped hole! :)
