With my first, I was induced and the contractions were waaaaay worse. I NEEDED an epidural. With my second, I went into labor naturally and the contractions were waaaaay easier to deal with and I didn’t end up getting an epidural Alhamdulilah. I think the induction is what makes the contractions so horrible.
