Finally had a change to watch your videos. Missed you) By the way, I passed my final exams at massage therapy school. half way through the program. I am excited to see more videos from you as always! Maybe if you could film something on how to build confidence while in school and practicing in clinic..Just everything I have right now in my head is how to get better..and it just seems so much we learn because it is fast track..

When you do a massage do you memorise a routine of movements or do you freestyle? Or a bit of both? If so which one is predominant?

I would say it’s more of memorizing but the body also communicates with you. So like it’ll tell you if it needs more work in the lower back or hamstrings. So you would spend more time in those areas and that’s when you’d do freestyle!! But I would change up my moves every now and then and incorporate new techniques!

I’m also a massage therapist and all I wear is scub pants and long sleeve shirt with my hair up and natural makeup… is it different for u also with out nails we just get a mani and have them natural and really short.

i pretty much just wear my massage uniform! and i wear super light makeup like mascara and lip tint :) and yes, I dont have long nails too haha
