@@user-kt6fn8cg2i hey lovely, everyone's copying strageries for anxiety is different but things that have helped me has been sessions of therapy in the past, watching asmr when my brain doesn't want to shut off at night, having a walk outside, watching TV/listening to music/relaxing at home but ultimately Ive tried my hardest to not feel guilty about having one of those days; because I know everyone can 'have a bad day' and it's normal to go through the motions and get caught up with daily life when you've got children, work, family issues etc. Take time for yourself when needed and sending nothing but positivity and love your way! 🙅🏽‍♀️❣️✨

For my experience, I can tell you that a thought is just a thought. Every time an anxious thought pops into your mind, remember that thoughts do not reflect the reality. What I learned with my Keurig that taking the k-cups out and leaving it open helps a lot. And maybe once a week run water by it’s self (2-3 times) then the keurig cleaner once a month and mine is good. Just thought I would help

I'm completely obsessed with mugs! Tj maxx has the cutest mugs. One of my girlfriends has a huge owl mug collection and she displays it on a shelf she has hanging in her dining room. It looks like a book shelf but with protective wood slats to keep the mugs from falling out/off!

Some things I do: if I have a vase that you can see in it then I’ll add some decorative stones to fill the space. I’ve also used some of my own mug collection as holders for make up brushes and pens and I have a huge mug that says “She Likes Big Books and She Cannot Lie” and I use it to hold kitchen utensils lol. Also, have you ever tried a milk frother and put some cinnamon and a little sweetener? It took my coffee game to the next level! I’m also an owl lover- I connect with you in so many ways lol Love y’all!

Funny how we just organized all our mugs also and packed up a box to give away (just too many). FYI those large white ones are Rae Dunn mugs - you must check this collection out as it is so popular in the home decor world. Of course we had to get some Rae Dunn stuff also (lots of really nice Easter/Spring decor out ) but it constantly changes and has expanded so much recently to so many types of items. I am looking out on snow here and missing our recent trip to Orlando!!

Hiieee! I love these home vlogs, keep them coming :) One way to store coffee mugs is to buy the Christmas ornament organization bins and put them in there. They come with dividers and you can move them around according to the size you need and store them in a closet or garage if you're hurting for space :)

Fav coffee combo is: Kroger brand French vanilla kcup with a scoop of vital proteins collagen powder and then either Silk almond milk French vanilla or sweet and creamy creamer. Or CoffeeMate Natural Bliss oatmilk creamer. I typically only have one cup a day, but now that Peeps creamer is back-if I have another cup later on-it’s a breakfast blend coffee kcup and the Peeps creamer. It is like my treat or dessert or something. Lol. *Side Note-I always run my kcups through twice per each cup of coffee. Once on the large cup and once on the smallest cup setting. 💕 HUGS FROM TENNESSEE

When I can see in the bottom of the vase, I put things inside... You could put in some small plastic eggs or rocks, potpourri etc. In the bottom to cover up the stems. I started to decorating last week, I also have some St. Patrick days stuff on the front door and green lights on my front fence. After that, I put my pink lights up. I have the same Keurig and color! ☺️ My go to coffee combo is Kauai Coffee brand from Fry’s (Kroger) with Silk vanilla almond milk in the morning, then a couple hours later I switch to iced coffee with ice, Starbucks unsweetened black coffee (green lid) with Silk protein nut milk and topped off with the Silk vanilla almond milk creamer! So yummy and smooth! 🤤 I live in Arizona, so I prefer iced coffee most of the time!

I just met your mom at a garage sale she was having, she was selling a bunch of your stuff, like makeup and brand deal stuff, etc. My twin brother also has a KZbin channel with 175k subs! I’m from Tampa but live in Tarpon Springs now. What a small world! His channel is @UbiCentral, mostly gaming stuff but he also works for twitch & youtube services (like moderating what videos are allowed to be up and which should be taken down/demonetized). He moved to Washington State to be closer to his work.
