If you ever buy a new bed frame, maybe get one that allows storage underneath it for your bag or shoes. Not that you'll do that anytime soon, but that may help with storing those totes:)

Hydrangeas are my favorite flowers, but they absorb water through their petals! If they seem to die quickly but them upside down in the sink or bowl full of water for a couple hours or overnight :)

Big tip for you! I know you love dogs and miss your family dog. If you can make it to Central Park on a weekday morning (M-F) around 8/8:30am it’s dog HEAVEN. There’s dogs off leash everywhere in the mid-upper sections of the park. It’s a huge serotonin boost ☺️

Plus there’s one of those cafes that give you endless coffee refills on 92nd and third. And the waitresses there are super sweet. Great spot for a solo working breakfast/brunch or to read/journal with your meal. I’m obsessed with it!

For hydrangeas, you can flip them upside down and put them the flowers into water for a bit and they’ll be back to new! Worth doing it when they’re dropping :)
@LoveBeautyMe-uh6ed2 жыл бұрын
Quick tip from my Grandma with a green thumb🪴, hydrangeas actually consume water from their petals not stems. So soak them in some water flower down in a bowl. Put almost no water in the vase unless for esthetic cause it doesn’t nourish and more likely to drown.

Oh! Put your Hydrangea's upside down in water (flower part under water for over night) and they will come back. Trust me, I'm a florist ;)

Super random, I used to always kill hydrangeas fast too and I wondered why they didn’t last super long! Last time I got them they lasted almost 3 weeks! What I did was I cut the stem at an angle, then dipped each stem into boiling water for just a second. This is because when you cut hydrangeas stems, they release a sticky substance that blocks the stem from being able to get water and hydrangeas are huge water drinkers! Another thing I did was sprayed the hydrangea heads with water each day and this helped significantly! Just thought I’d share :)

why do you need a self care sunday when you literally don't work?
@priscillanieto33222 жыл бұрын
She does work though. Brand deals, pictures, recording what she does every day instead of just getting to relax & not worry about the camera. It's not a traditional "9-5" job but it is still very much a job. Besides, whether or not someone works, self care is super important for one's mental health.
